1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using YaysApp, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your location.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive purposes, or transfer an account without permission.
You can request account deletion through YaysApp settings or our account deletion page.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use YaysApp to break the law, violate rights, harass or exploit others, distribute malware or spam, manipulate rewards, evade security controls, scrape the Services without authorization, or interfere with other users. Communities may have additional rules. We may investigate reports and restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary for safety or compliance.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, reproduce, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights needed to share your content.
Content shared with other users may be copied or reshared by them. We are not responsible for actions taken by other users outside our control.
5. AI, rewards, wallet, and preview features
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, or medical advice. Review output before relying on it.
IndexxPoints are in-app reward points, are not currency, and have no guaranteed cash value. Eligibility, rates, limits, and availability may change. Features labeled preview, beta, or coming soon may be modified or withdrawn.
Digital-asset and financial features involve risk. YaysApp does not guarantee value, availability, transaction completion, or investment results. Never share private keys or seed phrases.
6. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with Indexx ecosystem products and third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe these terms were violated, the account creates risk, or action is required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
8. Disclaimers and limitation
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YaysApp and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable law; mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised terms and update the effective date, with additional notice when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
