What happens when you delete
Your YaysApp account, profile, eligible rewards and mining records, and other account data handled by the deletion service are permanently removed. You will lose access to your account.
- Complete or resolve any pending transactions or support cases.
- Save anything you need from your account.
- Cancel any separately billed subscription through the provider that bills you.
Delete online
For security, sign in with the email and password for the account you want to delete. Your credentials are sent directly over HTTPS to the Indexx account service and are not stored by this website.
Signed up with Google or Apple?
If your account does not have a password, email privacy@bitcoinyay.com from the address connected to your YaysApp account. Use the subject “YaysApp account deletion request.” We will verify ownership before deleting the account.
Limited retention
Some records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping. Content already shared with other users may remain in their copy of a conversation, and public blockchain records cannot be erased. See our Privacy Policy for details.
